A strong partnership in hydraulics

Back in the mid-1950s, we developed a hydraulic jack that combined low weight with high pressing capacity. The jack, which had a built-in oil pump, attracted a lot of attention and quickly became a success.

Demand took off and the foundation was laid for Simson Hydraulics in Hofors, where the company is located today. We are represented in Germany, the UK and the USA by sister companies and in large parts of the rest of the world by dealers.

Maintenance of power tools - regardless of brand

A large part of our business is the renovation of power tools. Long experience and a wide network of contacts mean that we can handle most things when it comes to hydraulic tools. Whatever the brand, we make sure that worn jacks are like new again - full of power.

We keep an extensive stock of spare parts, so we can quickly ensure that broken jacks are repaired and returned to our customers promptly.

Technical support that carries weight

Assisting our customers with technical problems has become increasingly important. Fifty years of experience in hydraulics has made us experts in power tools and we can always propose solutions that save both time and money.

We also manufacture specialised tools and provide solutions that are directly adapted to different needs. Often with short lead times and always at competitive prices.

Reliable and powerful tools

The prototype for our jacks was developed back in the 1950s. At that time, an inventive repairman designed a jack to primarily facilitate wheel changes on overhead travelling cranes.

Since then, much has changed, although the principle remains the same: combining high power with sleek design and quality!
