International OEM Sales Representative and Distributor Developer Hofors

Do you want to combine technical sales with business development and build long-term relationships in an international market? Simson Power Tools AB is now looking for a strategically important key person to drive our growth by developing OEM customers and building a strong network of distributors.

About the roles

In this role, you will be a central part of our team and will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and manage relationships with international OEM customers.
  • Develop business with existing distributors.
  • Identify and establish new distributors in strategic markets.
  • Work closely with our technical solutions and contribute to customised projects.
  • Influence market strategy and customer experience in an expanding organisation.

We are looking for people who

  • Have a technical interest or background in mechanics, hydraulics, mechanical engineering or similar.
  • Thrives on combining technology and business.
  • Is communicative and builds trust with customers.
  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into customer value.

We are open to

  • Junior candidates with technical training and ambition to grow.
  • Senior sales professionals with experience in technical sales and international markets.

Placement

Preferably close to our factories in Hofors or Eskilstuna, but home office is possible for the right person. The role requires flexibility to travel within Sweden, Europe and globally.
